These dancers are between 3-5 years of age and compete 4 times a year in the novice tiny categories. The Honor Squad take 3-4 hours of dance class per week in the areas of ballet, tap, tumbling, and choreography. *Summer sessions and intensives are also required.
These dancers are between 6-9 years of age and compete 4 times a year in NOVICE, MINI, and/or PRIMARY categories. The Cum Laude team takes 4-6 hours of dance class per week in the areas of ballet, tap, jazz, tumbling, hip hop, majorette, contemporary. These practices occur 2-3 times a week for 1-1.5 hours per session. *Summer sessions and intensives are also required.
These dancers are between 8-12 years of age and compete 4 times a year in MINI and/or PRIMARY categories. The Magna Cum Laude team takes between 5-7 hours of dance class per week in the areas of ballet, jazz, tap, tumbling, majorette, contemporary, hip hop, and/or choreo. These practices occur 3 times a week for 1-1.5 hours per session. *Summer sessions and intensives are also required.
These dancers are between 13-17 years of age and compete 4 times a year in JUNIOR, PRETEEN/TEEN, NOVICE, and/or PRIMARY categories. The Summa Cum Laude team takes a minimum of 7 hours of dance class per week in the areas of ballet, leaps and turns, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, stretching, and tumbling. These practices occur 3-4 times a week for 1-1.5 hours per session. *Summer sessions and intensives are also required.

I am aware that I am providing my information and photo at my own free will. I am also aware that photos, voice, video images, and/or recordings will be taken during all activities. I am aware that the photos and videos taken at the event will become the sole property of DTC's 4.0. Movement Studios, and posted might be posted on several websites/social media sites of DTC and/or 4.0. . DTC or 4.0. is not responsible for photos, information, or video images that are taken from our websites/social media page(s) and posted on other public viewings. I give permission for my child's photos and video images to be posted on the above entities website(s) and social media page(s).
I understand that all company member decisions are made final and will not be changed or altered. I accept nomination and will be in attendance at my indicated scheduled audition. I understand there are no refunds of any tickets purchased or donated.
